Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for a 3 year EUR 1.5 billion placement of a "cédulas hipotecarias" for La Caixa
.
This was
the first "cédulas hipotecarias" by a single Spanish issuer since autumn 2007
.
"Cédulas hipotecarias" are covered bonds that have the mortgage portfolio of the issuer as underlying.
