Calyon, mandated joint bookrunner for a EUR 5 billion bon issue for the Spanish treasury
Calyon was mandated by the Spanish treasury as joint bookrunner for a 10-year fixed rate bond issue.
The size was
EUR 5 billion
, and the book was in excess of EUR 9 billion, with 150 different accounts showing a strong demand. 78% of the distribution was outside Spain.
This mandate rewards the regular and outstanding work accomplished by Calyon's trading government bond desk on the Spanish debt market.
