Calyon, Joint-bookrunner and Co-arranger of a EUR 850 million syndicated facility for the acquisition of Oglebay Norton by Carmeuse

The transaction has been successfully syndicated to around 15 banks. The acquisition has been closed in February 2008.

Carmeuse is a world leader in the lime industry with a turnover of around EUR 1 billion. Oglebay Norton is a US based limestone producer.
