Calyon, 5th global bank in forfaiting (Euromoney Trade Finance Magazine)

Calyon was ranked 5th global bank in forfaiting (the business of the non-recourse purchase of trade receivables) in Euromoney Trade Finance Magazine issued in June 2007.
In recognition of this outstanding ranking, Calyon was named "Best Forfaiting Institution", an award given to the 5 best banks in this business.

Each year Euromoney Trade Finance Magazine asks its readers at companies and banks to vote on a variety of trade-related subjects and to select the best banks and other financial institutions in the areas under consideration.
These rankings were established on the basis of the votes of 12,000 companies around the world surveyed during the first half of 2007.
