I wanted to live in another country while gaining experience in banking, and the VIE concept provided a way to combine those two goals.
The critical judgment that we gain from the experience is precious, both professionally and personally. The VIE program provides an ideal framework for me to enhance my skills and improve my knowledge of the business, while taking a very constructive step into my future.
