CLSA Asia Investors' Forum Las Vegas 2008

The inaugural CLSA Asia Investors' Forum held in Las Vegas, 14-17 January 2008, marked the debut of CLSA's renowned Forum format in the United States. More than 450 clients flew into Las Vegas to meet with 100 companies from Asia, and a variety of exceptional keynote and specialist speakers ranging from former Prime Minister Tony Blair to the laugh-out-loud anecdotes of sportswriter Rick Reilly.

In all, CLSA hosted more than 1,500 private meetings, 10 keynotes, 20 specialist speakers, 80 corporate presentations and 30 CLSA analyst presentations during the four day event; a great start to the New Year!

Hosting a CLSA Investors' Forum in the United States gives CLSA the opportunity to address clients on their home soil and to target U.S. funds and plan sponsors that may not be familiar with Asia, but who are looking to increase their exposure to the region over the next few years. In short, it was a very important Forum for CLSA.

The event will be held again next year in Las Vegas, 9-11 February 2009.
