Calyon acted as Joint Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for the ICICI Bank 3 tranches (1,3 and 5 years) USD 1.5 billion syndicated loan facility. This is the largest ever syndicated loan facility raised offshore by an Indian Financial Institution.
