Calyon acted as Senior Managing Agent and Underwriter of USD 7.215 billion senior secured credit facilities for Community Health. Calyon also acted as Co-Manager in a USD 3 billion senior notes issuance. These operations will help finance Community Health's USD 6.8 billion acquisition of Triad Hospitals.
