Calyon acted as Mandated Lead Arranger of USD 8.7 billion syndicated loan, designed to refinance Glencore International AG's exisiting USD 7.7 billion facility. The new facility includes a one-year and a three-year tranche. Glencore International AG is one of the world's largest suppliers of commodities and raw materials to industrial consumers.
