Calyon acted as Global Coordinator, Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner of Poweo's EUR 150 million capital increase. The operation took place from June 7 to July 6, 2007. The aim of the capital increase is to finance Poweo's industrial plan and commercial growth in relation to the liberalization of the French electricity and gas market. Poweo is the leading independent energy operator in France.
