Calyon, Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Underwriter of a NZD 1,325 million acquisition financing for the buy-out of New Zealand Yellow Pages

Calyon Australia acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Underwriter for a series of senior secured credit facilities, amounting to NZD 1,325 million, on behalf of CCMP Capital Asia and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

The senior facilities comprise :

• term loans of NZD 1,175 million,
• a revolving credit facility of NZD 100 million,
• a capex * facility of NZD 50 million.
