Calyon sponsored the OECD* Forum 2007 , which took place in Paris at the Palais Brongniart on May 14 and 15, 2007. Marc Litzler, Calyon's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, debated on "Financial Markets Innovation" with Francisco González Rodríguez, Chairman & CEO of the Spanish bank BBVA, and John Monks, General Secretary of the European Trade Union Confederation, on Tuesday 15 May. John Thornhill, editor of the Financial Times' European edition, was moderator. The OECD Forum is a "multi-stakeholder summit" which brings together each year business and labour leaders, civil society personalities, government ministers and leaders of international organisations to discuss the hottest issues on the international agenda.
