Calyon in the SIBOS 2008
The Crédit Agricole attended the SIBOS held in Vienna from 15 to 19 September 2008.
Organised by SWIFT, it represents financial services industry's premier event and attracts more than 8.000 leading experts of transaction banking.
For the first time, the Crédit Agricole has decided to set up a stand to demonstrate its position as a European leader in payment services. Its stand, particularly appreciated by the visitors, was organised around the group's values:
- its strong international presence,
- its dominating market share on the European flows market,
- its multiple business lines.
The stand was led by the Group Payment Instruments division and Calyon represented by FIBAS, the Cash Management and the e-business product lines as well as the international retail banking.
This exhibition gave the group the opportunity to receive about 100 banking customers, have fruitful discussions with its colleagues, explore challenges and initiatives arising in the industry and do business with new banking partners.
