Calyon acted in two deals for PPF Group

Calyon acted as joint bookrunner in relation to a USD 450 million 3 years tenor bond issue and exchange offer for Home Credit and Finance Bank, member of PPF group.

Calyon also acted as arranger and bookrunner of a EUR 200 million syndicated loan facility with a 364-day maturity for Home Credit and Finance Bank member of PPF Group.
