The acquisition finance team in Frankfurt offers leveraged finance services for MBO and LBO operations to financial investors and corporate clients.
Our team works closely with other acquisition finance teams based in Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore and New York, providing our clients with significant added value in cross-border acquisitions:
- financing of MBOs, MBIs and add-on acquisitions
- financing of secondary/tertiary buy-outs,
- corporate acquisitions only when the leveraged is a LBO,
- restructuring / refinancing,
- finance of public-to-private transactions.
Clients and sectors:
The acquisition finance team is dedicated to delivering the Group's competence for leveraged buy outs to private equity sponsors and corporate clients considering acquisitions or divestment of small to large caps in a large number of industrial sectors in Germany.
Globally positioned as a group with strong bases in Paris, London, Madrid, Milan and New York, the Frankfurt team benefits from numerous forms of cross-border operations as well as close cooperation between teams in different countries and a regular exchange of information. Our goal is to be one of the key players in the MLA banks market by strengthening the ties with our major investors and by participating at attractive levels in high quality transactions. The acquisition finance team has no special industry focus.
