The investment banking business benefits from the support of cross-divisional functions: the Financial, Legal and Stock Market Engineering unit and the Global Financial Sponsor Group (GFSG). GFSG is run on a joint-venture basis involving the Corporate Coverage Group (CCG) and Investment Banking divisions.

Financial, Legal and Stock Market Engineering

The Financial, Legal and Stock Market Engineering unit provides advice on the structuring of transactions to the division's other units. It also handles the market execution of transactions and prepares the corresponding legal documentation.
